Refund policy
All Items Are Final Sale.
Refunds are only accepted on orders which arrive broken or damaged due to fault of the business.
The shop is not responsible for lost mail once it is shipped and has no way of contacting USPS for packages with tracking issues. Please be mindful of the shipping time delays with USPS if your package is taking longer than usual to arrive safely. Holiday seasons and hazardous weather may impact your delivery time.
Damaged and/or Incorrect Goods
If you have received your package and one of the following is true:
- Your shipment includes damaged items
- Package does not contain the correct items ordered
- Package is missing one or more items from your order

I am happy to discuss what went wrong with your order as well as offer either a refund for the damaged/missing goods or send a replacement, depending on the situation.
Sticker Order Refund Policy
Orders with stickers only are shipped with regular US Postage, and do not include Tracking Information unless otherwise specified. You should receive a confirmation email once your items are mailed. If you do not receive your stickers within 2 weeks after the shipping confirmation (4 weeks for International orders), please email aly@paintdu.st and I will assist you with your order.
Digital Goods
Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept refunds for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Commissions
- Digital downloads
